Ahoy mateys! It’s that time of year again! The Newgrounds Treasure Hunt is here! Captain @The-Great-One is here to take you on a voyage throughout Newgrounds! There are a lot of entries that slip through the cracks throughout the year, the Treasure Hunt is a way to put a spotlight on the hidden gems. In this contest you can win cash prizes! Not only will you win if you find the best treasure, but the creator of said treasure will win too!

The Treasure Hunt sprawls through all the Portals, Movies, Games, Audio, and Art! Be sure to click the banner above to see all the details. You can see the rules and deadline below.

RULES

• The entry cannot have been featured on the Frontpage.
• The entry cannot have won any Portal awards.
• The entry cannot have won a Jam or Contest (i.e. Pixel Day, Pico Day, etc.)
• The entry can have been a part of a Jam or Contest though.
• The entry must be rated E, T or M. No A Rated entries.
• The entry must be published anytime between January 1 and December 31 of 2024.
• You are allowed only one entry per Portal.
• Judges are prohibited from competing in the Treasure Hunt.

DEADLINE

The voyage will last from June 13th - June 21st.

Judging will last from June 22nd - June 29th.

The third episode of the PUNCH PUNCH FOREVER! Series has dropped on Newgrounds. If you’re unfamiliar with the series, it tells the story of 11 year old Gogo who competes in a martial arts tournament against demons.

The series was first brought to the site by @Speedo, @arkoirisangel, @Crisppyboat, @ieJoMaFLo, and @bluethebone. It is the brainchild of Speedo who has hit the Triple Crown of Daily Feature, Weekly 1st Place, and Review Crew Pick awards for PACMAN DIES AAAH, Bear & Bunny Boo 2, Seth's Data Extraction (SFV), and the first two episodes of PUNCH PUNCH FOREVER!.

Work has been exhausting, I really need to cut back. Whenever I have a day off I spend it on Newgrounds, when I don’t have a day off it’s back to the day job. Honestly, I don’t know how Aalasteir does so much. Next issue will be dedicated to a returning user who has impacted the site since 2006.
