Good Morning Newgrounds! It has been a quiet week in the Community. Quiet on the main news front as well. The creators of Newgrounds are hard at work though. More artists are getting into commission works. POSTBOY was on fire in the Portal last week, picking up two Daily awards in one day. Despite not many stories from the community, laughter was still had. This will be the last issue you see this way, with next week's issue bringing many changes to it. I hope you're ready for that, because I certainly am. With that out of the way, here are the hip happenings of Newgrounds!

With a lot of artists starting commission work here on Newgrounds, I thought it would be wise to offer a word of advice when dealing with commissions. Here is a refresher of that post to keep your wits about you. If you're an artist from the United States of America, you have your rights through Copyright and Commissioned Art. If you're an artist from a different country, be sure you know what your rights are as an artist.

The Interviewer has been a bit behind lately. I would like to share with you, the inspiration for The Interviewer. It is with a project back on the Newgrounds Mag called Developer Spotlight. This is where interviews would be conducted with the animators and game developers of Newgrounds. Tom Fulp of Newgrounds, Randy Solem of Video Game Directors Cut, Dave of Retarded Animal Babies. It is being updated every Tuesday on the Newgrounds @Archive. Check out some interviews of the past.

@littlbox has an update of what's going on in his life. He's been attending film school working hard. He has gotten to work with many skilled and talented people. Unfortunately it seems he hit burnout. He came back to Newgrounds to remind himself why he enjoys filmmaking and worked on a submission entitled "ghost" {{A SHORT FILM}} with @Bitbeak, @GoodL, and @Kolumbo. He won't be on Newgrounds as much within the next two years.

What's up NG?
@Irish-Soul has made his yearly post to Newgrounds. He composes music for games, animation, and film as well as voice acting. He's also working on a Speedwrite Series.
Before it became an Internet sensation, Happy Wheels got its start here on Newgrounds as a demo back in September 2010. You choose a racer, and get to the finish line while avoiding obstacles. Hit an obstacle? Your racer will either lose some body parts, externally and/or internally, or be crushed, maimed, and/or destroyed. It was made by @Totaljerkface after a seven-year hiatus from his last game Divine Intervention pt. 1, a game that won him his first Daily Feature and Weekly 2nd Place awards. Although Happy Wheels took home the Daily 5th Place, the full version took the Internet by storm with countless Let's Players torturing themselves with the game and user created levels.

I am a bit thankful that things were a bit quiet on the site last week. I typically work on the paper throughout the week and put it altogether at the end of the week, starting on Friday. Well, that's when I went swimming and when I got sunburnt. I am quite crispy now. I've been recovering, but my arms got the most damage so moving my arms to write was agonizing. The Tank Tribune will be changing next week, so I hope you're ready for that. I've also got some other projects in the wings that I'm working on. One is bringing back June Games. An old project that I did a long time ago that is cringeworthy to look back on in all honesty. I'm looking to remake it and not half-ass it this time. For those of you who like the adult content here on Newgrounds. I've been in talks with Edeshye about a project for said fans. That's a secret right now though that will only be shared on my Patreon during the developmental stages. Since people keep following my main page, I will have something going on there as well. I thank all of you for reading and hope you have a fantastic morning!
