Sorry for the absence of last week's issue. Work has been numbing lately. There has been a lot going on the site. With the resurgence of Foamy the Squirrel, Movie Playlists and more work being done on Ruffle. Since there was an absence last week, this week's Sunday Phonograph has a whopping 40 songs to listen to! With that out of the way, this is more or less a catch-up update since I haven't been able to be on Newgrounds as much as I would have liked.

Tom has announced that movies can be watched in the search function now and can be played through playlists. It is all a part of Ruffle which @Mike has been working on. An emulator for Flash so that all of Newgrounds history can be preserved when Flash his shutdown in December of this year.
Robot Day was revitalized for its 10 Year Anniversary this year! If you haven't checked out the entries celebrating robots and the Bots of Newgrounds, then please do!
The Team Fortress 2 Collab led by took home a Daily Feature two weeks ago. With featured creators @ninjamuffin99, @OctoNG, @Snackers, and @Thriftman. Back in 2005, one of the strangest, annoying, funny, and musically entertaining series begun. Charlie the Unicorn was awoken by his friends in a journey to build a snowman. The series first made its debut on Newgrounds, became a viral sensation and eventually took YouTube by storm! Newgrounds may not be the viral entertainment platform today, but it still serves as a launching point for a lot of talented creators on the Internet and beyond!

Sorry if this issue seemed a little phoned in. It kind of was. Work has been hell these past two weeks, so I'm hoping to get back on track soon. I've actually scheduled two days off of work to hopefully have a lot of Newgrounds stuff done. In fact starting 12:00 AM EST on September 2nd, I will be celebrating my 14 Years on Newgrounds by spending 24 Hours on Newgrounds! I will also be doing a face reveal. In the meantime though, I am constantly on the grindstone and it is becoming a bit more difficult to manage my time efficiently. Sorry for the delays and absences. Shit just happens sometimes.
